The universe likes to mess with me. Why does a man who disappeared in February 2014, who has re-appeared online with a random email now and then but never re-engaged, all of sudden reappear again eager to see me? Especially when it’s been almost two months since I’ve seen Brett so I am vulnerable? And why, right after I say I’ll meet the NH Man, does Brett reappear?! So I end up with one guy on Thursday and another on Friday, after months of nothing?! Ah, the universe has such a sense of humor sometimes.
So… the NH Man is back. We got together in November 2013, saw each other 7 times before he disappeared. When he checked in sometime later, I asked what happened and he said I was too busy. What? He said I didn’t answer his emails. No way. Whatever.

I left work right on time, made it home by 5:20 pm, walked around to the garage to wait for the NH Man and… he was already there! He’d parked near the garage entrance. He waved me over to his car. I asked why he had reappeared.
