Hiya Brett!

Hope you are having a lovely Christmas Eve in the north! I am done with my last errands, all the presents are bagged and tagged, so I am thinking of you… wishing we could curl up by a fireplace somewhere and make each other smile.

The woman who never goes to a store went to THREE this morning! In the rain! Sis put me in charge of Christmas nosh, so I went over to Cambridge to get a charcuterie & cheese platter from Savenor’s (Julie Child’s favorite butcher), then across the street to the Wine & Cheese Cask for pate and more cheeses, then finally to Whole Foods (don’t tell my sister – she is boycotting them) to get shrimp cocktail! It was getting crazy out there… I am glad to be home.

Merry Christmas to you! Be careful and come home safely and wrap your arms around me. Mwah!
