It was a quiet Friday night. Hubby and I stayed in, ordered a pizza delivered. I was blogging when my mischief email pinged.

Well… there’s an opening salvo! I’m usually suspicious of men who don’t want to take the time to get to know me online but there was something about this that made sense… very little pressure, a quick look? I didn’t have any other men on the horizon….
I looked at his profile. He says he is 57, so he’s probably my age or a little older. 6’2’ 230… that sounds perfect! He’s from about an hour away. Hmm… I usually have better luck with men closer, but I won’t let that keep me from moving forward if everything else looks possible. He’s attached… good. Wants “something long term.” Also good. No checkboxes in his profile! Yay! He can write! He says he wants “a lover who is married, passionate, smart and good-looking.” I’ve got three out of four… maybe this is worth exploring?
Now for the photos… he posted four! Three of his face, one of his chest. Nothing spectacular, but a nice smile and hair! Lovely thick salt & pepper hair. Yum.
I decided to sleep on it, write back in the morning if it still seemed like a good idea.
