Tried a new Mexican place tonight, little hole in the wall called Rincon Mexicon.  We got a parking space right out front! People were super nice. It’s cheap and fast. I asked for mild and found it all way too spicy – right on the edge of whether I could eat it, even the guacamole! I tried the enchiladas… there was no cheese in them? I need to try other things and ask for REALLY MILD!
