Yeah but there are issues. Would unravel my family, she hangs at the dive bars near her house and they are nasty, drinks too much. Fun and carefree but with a lot of uncertainty. My Mom calls my wife “my princess” and not in a good way. The entire “she’s retired” thing makes my blood boil. I cook, clean, buy flowers. She flops in, eats dinner, pours her wine and then flops on the couch. I remain conflicted

I have been meaning to write.

About a week ago I received an e-mail from a woman I had been in dialogue with for several weeks. The exchange ended abruptly about 6 weeks ago. I thought she went in a different direction, however, turns out she had a serious misfortune in her family that consumed her over the past many weeks. We agreed to meet this week. I haven’t been back to you because I really don’t want to be going in multiple directions at once; and, given the history with this other woman, I feel compelled to ride it out to see if it is the right situation.

I hope you are well, and understand.
