Foot doc did cortisone shot – helps! Put heel lift in shoes, suggested lots to try.  Yay! It’s evil plantar fasciitis…

Took a nap at 5 pm, slept until midnight! Oops! So I’m awake and thinking of you. Mmm… Hugs.

Nasty stuff. Inserts should help. Cortisone shot is a bitch. Got one of those and I’ll take the other pain next time. Enjoy a less painful day!
