Dinner at the Bigwigs last night was spectacular.  His chef can cook his ass off. Food was simply spectacular. Nice evening.  Up at 5:00 into work, reading and prepping for the day, enjoying some tunes. Weight continues to come off which is nice. On my way to the goal!  Off to DC for a few busy days on Sunday. Nervous but excited at the same time. Happy Friday! Hope it’s a good one.

Enjoy the day!

About a month from a cruise and I’m not the least excited. Not sure about that. Maybe as it gets closer.  Nervous about DC meeting. I don’t want to screw this up.  I am representing the military and I want to do it the right way. Looking forward to the experience but be glad when it is behind me. A vacation will be nice but I often find when I have too much time to sit and think, my head gets all twisted up. Used to sit on in my back yard and ponder my dreams. Be doing that with a cool drink in hand this time. Be interesting to see what pops into my head.

Hope your weekend is off to a grand start.  Busy day at work… then spicy Chinese supper with a friend, in from PA for a conference!  Boston is crawling with marathoners – streets closed, traffic messed up.  Up late listening in the chat… such interesting stories!  Hoping for a quiet weekend.
